GTCN_VC_RULE_ASS - Assign Date Proposal Rules to Company Codes

In this Customizing activity, you assign a date proposal rule that is used in the following steps of a verification process:

• Verification Request (GTCN_VERIF_REQ)

• Release Verification (GTCN_VERIF_RELEASE)

• Verification Document (GTCN_VERIF_DOC_SEARCH)

The change in the user status of a verification document to customs declaration completed triggers the determination of date proposal rule according to the company code.

Define Date Proposal Rules

You can define a date proposal rule for planning verification purposes.

Define Rules for Proposing Due Dates

In this Customizing activity, you can determine proposed dates so that the system derives a proposed date according to the specified date fields on a verification document.

If you need to default a date for the following activities:

• Plan a date on which a verification is returned

• Plan a date on which a verification is returned from customs

• Plan a due date for a tax-refund

• Plan a due date for writing-off

You can use one of the following dates as the base date:

• Current date

• Date on which the verification document is released

• Date on which the customs declaration is completed

GTCN001 is a default rule that is assigned to the following company codes:

• 0001

• 0MB1

• CN01
