GVA_DOCS - Role Definition for GVA Documents

Role definition is used for Grouped Value Adjustment (GVA) Documents in the workflow template WS71900002.
To activate the workflow template you must make the following entries in the event type linkage table:

To make these entries, choose the following in the SAP menu Tools →ABAP Workbench → Development → Workflow → Administration → Event Manager → Type Linkages (transaction SWETYPV).
You must assign the following standard tasks in the organizational structure:
- TS71900001
- TS71900003
To define the settings:
- In the SAP menu, choose Tools → ABAP Workbench → Development → Workflow → Definition Tools → Tasks/Task Groups → Display (transaction PFTC_DIS) and enter a standard task.
- Choose Additional Data → Processing Assignment → Maintain and assign the standard task to the processor types relevant for you.
Control Parameter Workflow Template
The workflow template has one control parameter that you can define as initial value:

Once the approval process has ended, the GVA document subject to this process is updated by setting a blocking indicator to protect it from future modifications (as they are not allowed). You can indicate your own blocking indicator as customized in the table FMRESLOCKS.
