HCF_SE_TDWA_MAP - Assign Document Types (Field Type Code)

In this Customizing activity, you map Customizing values for document types to the corresponding global data types (GDTs). This is used to provide value mapping for service communication.

Requirements

You want to use enterprise service operations for the maintenance of the Medical Record Folder business object, and have previously maintained values for document types in Customizing for SAP Healthcare - Industry-Specific Components for Hospitals under Medical/Nursing Documentation -> Medical Record Management -> Define Medical Record/Document Types.

The data is extracted from the SAP Patient Management Customizing for document types and is displayed here. Mapping must be provided by entering valid GDTs for all populated SAP Patient Management entries. When the data is maintained and saved, the inbound and outbound processing of service operations maps the data correctly
