CE Mexico: Infotype 0756.

Assure that Loans are only recorded in the main assignment of a person. This prevents loans to be replicated into other assignments and therefore counted multiple times per person.

The implementation is in the BADI HRPADMX_CHKWT_CE (Definition name HRPAD00INFTY) method BEFORE_OUTPUT().

Implemented fixed in BADI.
