In this Customizing activity, you determine which combination of employee group and employee subgroup for active public sector employees should be assigned to which employee group and employee subgroup combination of pensioned public sector employees upon entry into pension.

In pension administration (VADM), the administrator usually enters the organizational reassignment in infotype 0001 in the Process Workbench Engine (PWE). The administrator specifies to which employee group and employee subgroup the employee changes upon entry into pension.

When creating the pension information from data recorded in the pension information ESS, this must be determined automatically as the public sector employee does not usually understand the process.

Assign a suitable combination of employee group and employee subgroup of the pension recipient to each relevant combination of employee group and employee subgroup of the active public sector employee.
