In this Customizing activity you can determine which system message should be replaced with a message that was created specifically for this ESS before it is transferred to the pension information ESS.

Pension administration (VADM) messages are often easy to understand for administrators, but they may be more difficult to understand for ESS users who are not familiar with VADM. When creating the pension information and relevant notification documents, errors may often occur that the ESS user cannot resolve.

For this reason, it might be a good idea to replace certain VADM messages with specific help for the relevant situation in the ESS.

Assign a message class and message number of the system message to the key of an ESS message.
