For Occupational Health, you can specify the environment parameter described below. You will find the IMG activity Specify Environment Parameters in Customizing for EH&S under Basic Data and Tools.

Environment Parameter Meaning
OHS_UE_PERS_DATA User exit for displaying additional
personal data in medical service
OHS_NEW_ANAM_SCREEN Use of new case history screen
EHS_REG_DAT_TRACK Access logging of sensitive data

EHS_REG_DAT_TRACK

Standard settings are delivered with the SAP system.

EHS_REG_DAT_TRACK

Environment Parameter OHS_UE_PERS_DATA:

The value entered for this parameter corresponds to the name of the user exit that you use to display data of your choice from the SAP application component Personnel Administration on the Person tab page in the medical service. A user exit is already available as an example (function module EHS00_UE_PERS_DATA), and with it you can access the person responsible for a cost center in Personnel Administration. You can copy this user exit and use it as a template for your own data.

Note the following:

  • The parameters i_persdat and e_persdat correspond to the structure EHS00FBPERSDAT.
  • The data that you want to display on the Person tab page must be transferred to fields CLTFLD1 - 4 (in the structure above) in order to appear on the tab page.
  • You must transfer the descriptions for these fields to fields DESFIELD1 to DESFIELD4 (in the structure above).

For more information, see the documentation on the user exit.

Environment Parameter OHS_NEW_ANAM_SCREEN:

  • Set the indicator if you want to use the new case history screen.
  • Run the report REHS_DATA_TRANS_TO_ANAM_NEW in order to convert the previous data and transfer it to the new table. For more information, see the report documentation.
