In this IMG activity you assign print programs to the forms that you have defined. In this way, you can specify which print program is used to format the data for the form. You can also create assignments for different languages.

To specify which print program is to be run automatically for a particular form, set the Active indicator. You can only set one entry to active per language.

You also specify which text elements are to appear the same in all the forms. For the list of restrictions, the text elements are as follows:

  • Copies of the form (For the employer, for example). You can enter up to four copies. The number of copies that you enter here also controls the number of printouts of the form. In other words, if you specify two copies, the list of restrictions is printed twice.
  • Header (description of the list, for example)
  • Footer (name of your company, for example)

The SAP standard system includes the following assignments:

  • The print program for restrictions, REHSPERSLIMFORMPRNT, supports SAPscript forms, such as the form EHS-PERSLIM-A4.
The SAPscript form EHS-PERSLIM-A4 is active in the standard system.
  • The print program for restrictions, REHSHREHSH_PERSLIM_PRNT_PDF, supports PDF-based print forms, such as the form EHSH_PERSLIM_A4.
If you work with PDF-based print forms, activate the form EHSH_PERSLIM_A4.

SAP recommends that you work with the default settings. If you do so, no other activities are necessary.

  1. Enter the forms that you want to use for restrictions (see Define Layout of SAPscript Forms and Define Layout of PDF-Based Print Forms).
  2. Assign a print program to each of the forms.
  3. Set the active indicator for the form that you want to use.
  4. Enter the number of copies, the header, and the footer.
