HEA_SRV_002_01 - Specify Causes of Illness

In this IMG activity you specify the causes of illness.

Possible causes:

• Work-related: the diagnosed illness was caused by the work performed by the person examined.

• Age-related: the diagnosed illness was caused by the age of the person examined.

• Unspecified: The cause of the diagnosed illness cannot be identified.

The standard system includes examples.

1. Create causes of illness or change the existing entries.
2. Assign a unique key to each cause of illness.
