In this IMG activity, you specify the groupings that control the display of report lists that are available to the HR Administrator on the user interface in the Portal. The report lists are displayed using the Launch Pad.

For the HR Administrator, a differentiation is made between two difference instances of report lists for which you can enter groupings for the display of report lists.

  • Employee-related reports, such as remuneration statement
  • Multiple-employee reports, such as employee list

Enter the groups to control the display of the report lists. Proceed as follows for the different instances for report lists:

  • Multiple-Employee Reports
Enter a user group as the grouping criterion, if necessary, for the HR Administrator role and the Multiple-Employee Reports instance. If you do not want to enter a user group, enter a blank as the grouping criterion to obtain a report list that is independent of the user group.
  • Employee-Related Reports
Enter a grouping, if necessary, for the HR Administrator role and the Employee-Related Reports instance. You can use all valid fields of the Field String for Feature Screen Control structure (PME04) of the Employee Grouping feature (PASRR) as a grouping criterion.
The following fields are therefore be used as a grouping criterion:
Field Name
BUKRS Company Code
WERKS Personnel Area
BTRTL Personnel Subarea
PERSG Employee Group
PERSK Employee Subgroup
MOLGA Country Grouping
USERG User Group

USERG

You select the Country Grouping field (Molga) as the grouping criterion. In this way, you can create a country-specific report list for each selected employee.
