HRAS_T5ASRDPFFORMS - Assign Anchors to Form Scenario

In this IMG activity, you assign anchors and form scenarios to each other. Once a process is completed within the framework of HCM Processes and Forms, the system adds the forms of the form scenarios involved to the Digital Personnel File (DPF) of the corresponding employee. In general, the node attribute Anchor as selection spot on the model node simply ensures that forms from process documents are inserted at the position of this model node. By assigning the anchor to a form scenario, you inform the system which forms the system is to insert at this position.

When using your own record model:

• You have created the desired anchors in the IMG activity Define Node Attribute "Anchor".

When using either the sample record model or your own record model:

1. In the Anchor No. column, use the value help to select the required anchor.
2. Use the value help in the Form Scenario column to select the relevant form scenario that you want to assign to the selected anchor.
