HRAS_T5ASRPROCFORM - Configure Process Start

In this IMG activity, you specify the start configuration for the processes that you want to use in HCM Processes and Forms.

To do this, you specify for each process the form scenario that is executed when the process is started and the workflow template that describes the process flow.

You have already performed the IMG activity Define Processes.

You have created the form scenarios for your processes.

You have created workflow templates that you want to use when starting the processes. A workflow template is started using a form scenario and must be configured appropriately to be able to process a form scenario.

1. Select the process for which you want to enter configuration data for the process start.
2. Enter the period for which the start configuration is valid.
3. Assign the form scenario version to the process.
4. Specify the form scenario step with which the process is started.
5. Enter the workflow template that you want to use when starting the process.
6. Save your entries.
