HRAS_T5ASRPROCVALID - Specify Valid Processes for Start Applications

In this IMG activity, you determine which processes are to be provided on the user interface for a specific role.

You have completed the steps Define Processes and Configure Processes.

1. Create the Work Area. Select the role that is to perform the start of the process (Initiator role).
2. Choose New Entries.
3. Enter a process. Use the value help which displays all processes that you have defined.
4. Enter the validity period for the process.
5. Set the Validity of Process indicator if the process is to be available in the specified period.
6. If necessary, enter more processes.
7. Save your entries.
