HRAS_V_5ASRLINK - Define Links for Additional Information

In this IMG activity, you define the links that are available in your processes or form scenarios.

Links are any URLs for documents or information that support the relevant agent when executing the process.

You want to provide the employee in the "Maternity Leave" process with a document that contains the legal and organizational guidelines on maternity leave.

To do this, store the document in your intranet and define a link (URL) to this document using this IMG activity.

In the Additional Information work step of the IMG activity Create Form Scenario, assign the link to the corresponding step of the form scenario that you use in the "Maternity Leave" process.

The document is now available to the employee in the "Maternity Leave" process.
