HRAS_WFC_XIFOLLOWUP - Follow-Up Activities After Process with XI Message

In this IMG activity, you activate the follow-up activities that should take place after a process is closed that was started by an XI message.

You executed the Set Up Workflow Runtime Environment IMG activity in Customizing for HR Administrative Services. Choose Process Configuration -> Technical Settings. You checked if automatic workflow Customizing is complete.

The standard system contains workflow template WS17900015 (Follow-Up Activities After Process with XI Message) that you can use for follow-up activities. When a process started for the XI scenario NEWHIREREQUEST of XI message type HireRequest is successfully completed, this workflow template sends the XI message HireConfirmation back to the E-Recruiting system. This takes place as a background step. In the standard system, event linkage is activated for workflow template WS17900015.

Check the event linkage for the standard workflow template, and activate it if necessary. Follow the procedure described in the Set Standard Workflow for Process Start of XI Message Type IMG activity.

If you do not want to use the standard workflow template, you have to create your own workflow template that covers the follow-up activities you need.
