HRAS_WITHDRMAILRECIP - Determine Processor to Inform After Withdrawing Process

In this IMG activity you determine which processors of a process are also informed by e-mail when a processor withdraws this process.

Depending on the settings you made in the Activate Workflow After Withdrawing Process IMG activity, withdrawing a process triggers either the workflow Subsequent Activities - Process Withdrawn (WS17900396) or the workflow Subsequent Activities - Process Withdrawn (Enhanced) (WS61000037). Both workflow templates ensure that the process initiator and the responsible HR administrator are informed. If you use workflow template WS61000037, you can use this IMG activity to ensure that others involved in the process are also informed that the process was withdrawn.

• Using the Activate Workflow After Withdrawing Process IMG activity, you activated event linkage for workflow template WS61000037 and deactivated it for workflow template WS17900396.

• You configured the processes using the following IMG activities:

• Define Processes

• Configure Process Start

• Determine Valid Processes for Start Applications

• In the workflow template of the relevant process, in the corresponding workflow step container, the container element WITHDRAW_PROCESS_BUTTON_VISIBLE is set in such a way that the processor of the process step is able to withdraw the process.

Assign the required processes to the processor roles of the processors that you want to inform about the withdrawal.

When the Transfer process is withdrawn, in addition to the manager that initiated the process and the HR Administrator, you want to inform the other managers that are involved in the process if someone involved in the process withdraws it.

Therefore, determine the attribute ALWAYS in the relevant workflow step containers of the workflow template of this process for the container element WITHDRAW_PROCESS_BUTTON_VISIBLE.

Then, in this IMG activity, assign the processor role HRASRB (Manager) to this process.
