HRBEN_FORM_PRINT - BAdI: Benefits Forms Implementation

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Benefits (PA-BN) component. You can use this BAdI to print the following forms:

• Output Benefit Enrollment Form (HRESS_BEN_ENRO)

• Output Benefit Confirmation Form (HRESS_BEN_CONF)

This BAdI uses form name(Form_Name) to filter for the correct implementation.

Note

You must use this BAdI if your organization uses the new forms or any form with the new default interfaces.

You must deactivate this BAdI and maintain the appropriate form names in the Benefit Forms: Overviewview (V_T74HL), to use the old forms.

You have maintained the form names in view V_T74HL or in Customizing activity Assign Templates to Form Types, under Personnel Management -> Benefits -> Flexible Administration -> Form Setup.
