HREPBS_FORM_001 - Configuration of Processes and Forms

You perform the Customizing activities described in this organizational activity to configure processes and forms that enable HR administrators and public sector employees to perform administrative actions and submit forms by using Web services in SAP NetWeaver Portal.

You define settings that support the specific processes used in the Spanish public sector.

The following sample processes are for demonstration purposes. You can only use these processes and forms in a test system.

• Hiring Action (Primera inscripción)

Define the settings for the HR Administrative Services component, in Customizing for Personnel Management under HR Administrative Services.

To use all existing functions, we recommend that you activate Business Functions HCM, Administrative Services 01 (HCM_ASR_CI_1) and HCM, Administrative Services 02 (HCM_ASR_CI_2). For more information, see Activate Business Functions.
