HREPBS_SP302 - Define if Entries of Infotype 0302 Generate Payroll Splits

In the standard system, entries from both Actions (0000) and Additional Actions (0302) infotypes are considered to create payroll splits.

In this Customizing activity, you can define if the system must consider the entries from the 0302 infotype to create payroll splits. To do so, you change the option for situation Medidas en IT0302 generan split (SP302).

NOTE

Entries from the 0302 infotype are taken into consideration for payroll splits after the implementation of SAP Note 2343494, or the corresponding Support Packages, in your system.

You have defined which personnel actions from the 0302 infotype generate payroll splits by making the settings in Customizing for Include payroll split in actions.

1. Change the option for situation SP302. The possible options are the following:

• 0 Use 0302 to generate split: this option enables the system to consider actions saved in the 0302 infotype when generating payroll splits. This is the standard option.

• 1 Don't use 0302 to generate split: this option disables the system to consider actions saved in the 0302 infotype when generating payroll splits.

1. Enter the start and end dates. The dates that you enter will be compared to the dates of the action that the system considers to create or not a payroll split.
2. Save your entries.
