You perform the Customizing activities described in this organizational activity to enable HR administrators, public sector employees, and external applicants to create, display, and change their own HR-related data by using Web services in SAP NetWeaver Portal.

The settings that you define support processes related to recruitment used in the Spanish public sector.

The following sample services are delivered for demonstration purposes. You can only use these services in a test system.

You can copy these sample services and create your own Business Server Pages (BSP) or use Web Dynpro ABAP to configure the business scenarios that are specific to the Spanish public sector.

  • You define the number of actions you want to show in the Customizing activity Define Number of Actions (Web Dynpro Component: PROFILE_ACTOS).
  • You define the number of relationships you want to show in the Customizing activity Define Number of Relationships (Web Dynpro Component: PROFILE_VINCS).
  • You define the settings for Employee Self-Service.
  • You define the settings for Manage Self-Service.
