In this Customizing activity, you run the Work Feeds Subscription (RPU_WORK_FEED_SUBS_ONBEHALF) report. This report is used to subscribe a set of users and roles to or from a work feed. This report has two parts. One part is to subscribe to and the other to unsubscribe from work feeds. For subscription, the report creates subscriptions for all the users entered in the selection or for all the users of the roles entered in the selection. For unsubscribing, the report unsubscribes all the users or the users of the roles. These activities occur for subscription keys that you enter in the selection.
To subscribe or unsubscribe a set of users and roles to a work feed, proceed as follows:
- Choose the required mode.
- Enter the usernames or roles.
- Enter the subscription keys for the work feeds and execute the report.
Note
The report is used only for creating subscriptions or unsubscribing a set of users or roles to a work feed. It does not create the feeds.
