In this Customizing activity, you specify the system parameters required for the integration between the SAP E-Recruiting system and the SAP ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM) system for the process of hiring an employee.

During the hiring process via HR Processes and Forms, a check is performed to synchronize the data for the Customizing settings maintained in the Talent Management system (such as work experience and education) with the corresponding Customizing settings in the SAP E-Recruiting system. The synchronization check is performed for the language key entered in this Customizing activity.

The data synchronization ensures that the Customizing settings for work experience and education in the Talent Management system are synchronized with the settings in the SAP E-Recruiting system. The following switches are available:

  • RECFA DTCBA,,RFC connection to the SAP E-Recruiting system
You use this switch to specify the RFC connection that is required for communication between the SAP ERP HCM system and the SAP E-Recruiting system.
  • RECFA COMLA
You use this switch to specify the key of the default language in which the data is to be synchronized.
In the standard system, the switch does not have a default language key. This switch is only valid in combination with the switch RECFA DTCBA.

Specify the RFC connection and the language for the data synchronization.

In the SAP ERP HCM system (Talent Management), a synchronization check is performed for the Customizing entries maintained under Education Type. The relevant Customizing entries are maintained in the SAP E-Recruiting system in the language English (EN).
