This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Learning Solution (PE-LSO) component. You can use this BAdI to populate values for the profile comparison. This BAdI compares the qualifications of the learner with the qualifications from any custom profile, for example, a development plan, a succession plan, or a position.

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).
