This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Manager Self-Service (WDA) (EP-PCT-MGR-HR) component. Managers can use this BAdI to specify the text for the mass e-mail reminder they send to their employees for time recording.

This BAdI uses the Provide Content for Mass Email Remindermethod (GET_EMAIL_CONTENT), which uses the following:

,,,,Formatted name of employee as maintained in the Personal Data infotype (0002)

,,,,Approver- or manager-formatted name, as maintained in the Personal Data infotype (0002), who uses ,,,,the application to approve time records
