HRMSS_UI5_NOTE_DES - Archive/Destroy Notes Data

You use the destruction object (HRMSS_NOTE) to destroy the Notes data based on last changed date (AEDTM) time reference and retention period.

You also can set retention rules based on the following condition fields (Indirect):

• Country (MOLGA)

• Employee-group (IT0001)

• Employee-sub-group (IT0001)

The retention rule and retention period is not defined by SAP. You can define the retention rule and period in the policy. You can define the retention rule and retention period based on the condition fields.

You are familiar with the basics of data destruction and have made the following settings:

• You have activated Information Lifecycle Management (ILM)

• You are familiar with the functions for ILM policies and rules and have defined the retention rules for the archiving object.

• You should have activated the business function HCM_MSS_UI5_3.
