If you make use of several Health and Safety Authorities for each legal person or if you have your own contact person for the Health and Safety Authority for various subsidiaries belonging to one legal person, you control this via feature Representing Legal Person Link: Health and Safety Authority

If you only have 1 relationship (JUPER) with and 1 contact person for a Health and Safety Authority, you do not need to carry out this step. The relationship between the legal person and the Health and Safety Authority will be recognized automatically.

As part of the standard shipment SAP supplies a sample of the feature. You must change this feature and adapt it to your organizational structure.
