HRNL_ILL_015 - Determine Type of Absences

In this IMG step you can determine which absence categories, defined as subtypes of infotype Absence (2001), must be used in relation to the notifications of sickness.

This way the report Printing of Notification of Sickess and Recovery Forms (RPTZKMN2) can automatically determine which instances of absence relate to illness and maternity leave.

1. Specify the desired grouping.
2. Choose New Entry.
3. Specify the desired attendance or absence and delimit the record.
4. Enter 'Sickness' in the Eligibility for Permanent Invalidity Benefit (Restrictions) Sickness field. Enter 'Pregnancy' in the Eligibility for Permanent Invalidity Benefit (Restrictions) Sickness field if the absence is due to pregnancy.
5. Save your entries.
