HRNL_ILL_015_EN - Determine Type of Absences

In this IMG step you can determine which absence categories, defined as subtypes of infotype Absence (2001), must be used in relation to the notifications of sickness.

This way the reports Printing of Notification of Sickess and Recovery Forms (RPTZKMN2) or Electronic Notifications of Illness and Recovery (RPTZKMN3) can automatically determine which instances of absence relate to illness, maternity or additional birth leave.

1. Specify the desired grouping.
2. Choose New Entry.
3. Specify the desired attendance or absence type and delimit the record.
4. Choose 'Sickness' in the Absence field if the absence is due to illness. Choose 'Maternity Protection' in the Absence field if the absence is due to Maternity Leave or Additional Birth Leave.
5. Save your entries.
