HRNL_ILL_070 - Recovery Notification Form for Body Implementing EE Insurance Schemes [UWV]

Via this step you can check the UWV form Notification of Full Recovery After Notification of Sickness in Connection with Benefit Application under the Sickness Benefits Act (ZW) and modify it, if necessary.

The standard SAP shipment includes the HR_NL_VH form as required by the UWV.

1. Before modifying the form, copy it in the manner as described in the section Forms
2. Make the necessary modifications or create a whole new layout. For the output in SAPscript, structure Notification of Sickness SAPscript Print Structure (P05_S_ZKM) is used, which you can also use for your own form.
