HRNL_ILL_080 - Form Notification Diff. Return to Work and Other Changes by Employer

Via this step you can check (and modify if necessary) the UWV form Notification of Partial Resumption of Work and Other Changes by the Employer - After Notification of Sickness in Connection with a Benefit Application Under the Sickness Benefits Act (ZW) or the Work and Care (WAZO) Act.

The standard SAP shipment includes the HR_NL_GW form as required by the Employee Insurance Agency (UWV)

1. Before modifying the form, copy it in the manner as described in the section Forms.
2. Make the necessary modifications or create a whole new layout. For the output in SAPscript, structure Notification of Sickness SAPscript Print Structure (P05_S_ZKM) is used, for which you can use your own form as well.
