HRPACN_CP_STCHK - BAdI: Determination of Participant Status

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Personnel Administration for China (PA-PA-CN) component. You can use this BAdI to set the participant status in the Corporate Pension Management (3533) infotype according to your own requirements. For example, you can set up the system so that only employees who belong to a certain pension management group are eligible to join the pension plan. If you do not implement this BAdI, the system sets the employee status based on the legal requirements such as passing the probationary period.
