HRPAD_B_SEL_EVAL - BAdI: Selection of Evaluation Path

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Master Data: Organization Management (0CA_OS-IO) and Personnel Administartion (PA-PA) components. You can use this BAdI to provide different evaluation paths other than the default evaluation path for the organizational structures (O-S-P and P-S-O), the organizational unit hierarchy (ORGEH), and manager assignments (BOSSONLY and MANAS).

The IF_HRPAD_SEL_EVALUATION-GET_EVAL method is used as an implementation of this BAdI. The method returns the required evaluation path.

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

This Business Add-In (BAdI) implementation is used to get the evaluation path. It provides flexibility in using different evaluation paths depending on the business need.
