Determine Settings for Form Types

You can use this Customizing activity to determine the settings for the form types created using Customizing activity Create Form Types.

You can make the following settings for displaying the form in the SAP HCM Fiori App My Forms (SAP Fiori 2.0):

  • Position of form tabs (sequence of forms)
  • Hiding the payroll period/displaying the year
  • Option to download the form
  • Displaying the form tab even if no data is available
  • Grouping the form according to years
  • Form name
  • Tab title
  • Text of form symbol

You can also delete an entry for a form so that the form is not displayed in the SAP HCM Fiori App My Forms (SAP Fiori 2.0).

The settings of the forms must be supported in the relevant HCM localization.

Make the required settings for your forms. If you do not want to use a form in the SAP HCM Fiori App Meine Formulare (SAP Fiori 2.0), delete the entry for this form type.
