HRPAYAT_I527_M530C - BAdI: Determination of Modifier for Factors Dependent on Length of Service

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Payroll Austria (PY-AT) component. You can use this to change the following values, which are required to automatically calculate the values for the statutory severance pay, voluntary severance pay, and rationalization payments:

• Modifier for determining a factor dependent on length of service

• Factor dependent on length of service for the number of monthly salaries, for calculating the severance pay amount

Multiplying the factor by the monthly salary gives the severance pay amount that is proposed in the Payment Upon Leaving A (0527) infotype.

BAdI method documentation:

• CHANGE_MODIF: Change Modifier

• CHANGE_FAKTOR: Change Factor for Number of Monthly Salaries

The BAdI is called in the form routine FORM get_monthly_salaries INCLUDE LRPARA1F01.

Once the logic of BAdI HRPAYAT_I527_M530C has been processed, you can use BAdI HRPAYAT_I527_SEVPY for calculating the voluntary severance pay and the rationalization payment. You can use this BAdI to change the factor and the severance pay amount.
