HRPAYAT_LZ_CHG_SRTZA - BAdI: Change Status of Payslips

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Payroll Austria (PY-AT) component. You can use this BAdI to change the status of a payslip after it has been created successfully without errors. Depending on the processing you require, you can use the following methods:

• Use the BAdI method CHANGE_LZ_STATUS to specify that the payslip is not sent to ELDA.

The following status changes are possible:

• 012: (Notification as Paper Form): The payslip is only printed and not sent to ELDA. The payslip is still displayed when you choose the Display Payslips Created menu option.

• 001 (Locked for Transfer): The payslip is neither printed nor sent to ELDA. The payslip is no longer displayed when you choose the Display Payslips Created menu option. To set the required status, access information from various infotypes and payslip tables.

If you do not implement the method, the payslip status remains 002 (Release for Transfer) by default.

• Use the BAdI method SET_LZ_CONFIRMED to change the status of a payslip that has been created successfully without errors to 011 (Electronic Notification Accepted) directly.

If you do not implement the method, the payslip status remains 007 (Electronic File Created) by default.
