HRPAYAT_SV_230 - Create/Check SI Employee Groups

In this activity, you make the required settings for the SI employee groups.

To do so, create the SI employee groups and the technical employee group, and make the assignment between the table entries.

Call the activities in the sequence specified.

1. Call the activity Define Variable Key.
   Check feature ASVMO.
2. Call the activity Create Official SI Employee Groups and check the existing entries.
   The official pay scale groups are published by the SI agency and contain the SI percentages for employer and employee. The SI pay scale group therefore defines the SI contributions and corresponds to the previous technical and official contribution group.
3. Call the activity Create Technical Employee Group.

The technical employee group, combined with the SI supplements, results in the technical pay scale group.
First, select the SI agency, and then create the relevant employment groups.
For each entry, assign both a key and a long text.

Note that you can create the entry @ALL with the text All Employment Groups. This entry is a wildcard search.

1. Call the activity Create Assignments.
   Check the assignment between the technical employee groups and SI employee groups, and define suitable entries for sorting and filters. You thereby define which technical employee groups are used in infotype 0044. A technical employee group without an assigned SI employee group cannot be entered in infotype 0044.
   By selecting appropriate values for sorting and filters, the administrator can filter SI employment groups that are not required out of the input help.
