HRPAYAT_SV_250 - Specify Default Values for NTS Fields in IT 44

In this activity, you edit the settings that specify the default values for the new fields in the infotype Social Insurance Data A (0044) that are a result of the new pay scale system.

The standard SAP system does not contain any default values.

You have the option of making entries according to potential customer requirements.

To make entering data in the infotypes or for evaluation programs easier, in this step, depending on the organizational assignment of the employees, define default values for various social insurance data.

Edit the following features in the sequence specified:

1. Determination of the variable key for SV Customizing - ASVMO
2. Determination of the SI body as the default value (infotype 0044) - ASVAN
3. Determination of the SI body as the default value (infotype 0044) - ASVTR
4. Specify technical employee group - ASVTG
   

If you then create a new record for the infotype Social Insurance A (0044), the program uses these features to determine default values for the fields SI Agency, SI Body, and Employee Group.

Example

Active hourly wage earners, meaning persons that belong to employee group 1 and employee subgroup AA, are usually insured with the Austrian health insurance fund (SI agency A, SI body 11) within the SI employee group B001.

If you create a new record for the infotype Social Insurance A (0044), the program can use the organizational assignment to derive the social insurance data.
