In this Customizing activity, you run the import report Import the Export File into TASY Tables.

The report imports the XML export file into your SAP system and converts the data into TASY-relevant database tables (T5ATASY_*).

Also see SAP Note 2436100 (mBGM: Questions and Answers), particularly the answers to questions 4) and 14).

You have downloaded the XML export file for payroll software manufacturers and stored it locally.

  1. Perform the Customizing activity.
  2. From the selection screen of the report Import the XML Export File into TASY Tables (RPUTASY_IMPA0), call the program documentation.
  3. Fill the selection fields according to the description in the program documentation.
  4. Then, first run the report in simulation mode without a database update.
