This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in component Payroll - Brazil (PY-BR). This BAdI allows the report to change and customize the content of the General Register of Employed and Unemployed CAGED: report and file (HBRCAGED).

The interface IF_HRPAYBR_CAGED consists of the method Fill in information for GREU (MODIFY_FILLER81). Based on the information on personnel number, validity and Brazilian working code (código brasileiro de ocupações (CBO)), you can change the parameter CV_FIL81 referring to the data element GPS:FILLER 81 (PBR_FIL81).

This method enables the filling of the following data on professional drivers in the records C and X of GREU:

  • Toxicologial examination code
  • Physical examination date (day/month/year)
  • Laboratory CNPJ
  • CRM UF of toxicological examination information
  • CRM of toxicological examination information

The data are mandatory to hire and terminate professional drivers. If your company does not work with professional drivers, the GREU file does not need to be changed. You just have to inform FILLER, character, 81 positions in the records C and X.

The method also allows to change the following data on the employee contract in records C and X of GREU.

  • Part-time work
  • Remote working
  • Intermittent work
