HRPAYCH_WHT_LIABILTY - BAdi: Overwrite Withholding Tax Liability

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Payroll Switzerland (PY-CH) component. You can use this BAdI to specify whether or not an employee is subject to withholding tax. To do this, implement method CHANGE_LIABILITY (Change Withholding Tax Obligation).

The BAdI is called when payroll is run for withholding tax classes (CL_HRPAYCH_PYF_WHT*).

You use the withholding tax based on payroll functions.
