This business add-in (BAdI) is used in component Payroll: Spain (PY-ES). Using this business add-in you can control the data proposed for the file generated in the FDI message (RPCFDIE0) report.

Interface IF_HRPAYES_FDI consists of the following methods:

  • Change data in DMP segment (CHANGE_SEGMENT_DMP): this method allows the population of some fields of the DMP segment. The method, also, allows you to change segment DMP based on the information in infotypes Social Insurance (0061), FDI message data (0768) and Absences (2001).
  • Change data of BCO segment (CHANGE_SEGMENT_BMP): this method allows you to change the BCO segment based on the information in the 0061, 0768 and 2001 infotypes, and in the DMP segment.
  • Change data of TXT segment (CHANGE_SEGMENT_TXT): this method allows populating the Other EBEP rule field. This method allows you as well to change segment TXT based on the information in infotypes 0061, 0768 and 2001, and in segment DMP.
  • Change data of DRC segment (CHANGE_SEGMENT_DRC): this method allows you to fill in the DRC segment based on the information in the 0061, 0768 and 2001 infotypes in the payroll and in view Contract types for Social Insurance(V_T5E42).
In addition, the following fields will not be filled in the standard system. If you want to include them in the DRC segment, use this BAdI to fill them in:
  • Indication of civil servant

  • Indication of statutory employee/EE

  • Indication of full payments for this type

  • Contract type

  • Number of actual working days, previous month

  • Employee's real wage (€/day), decimal part

  • Employee's real wage (€/day), whole part

  • Change data of the FDI segment (CHANGE_FDI_FILE): this method allows changing data of all the segments of the FDI message based on the information in the 0061, 0768 and 2001 infotypes.
