This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Payroll (PY) component.

This BAdI enables you to change the standard logic that determines the DMA (Denuncia Mensile Analitica) splits. You can implement this definition by using the method Change DMA Splits (ADJUST_DMA_SPLITS) to change the DMA splits created during the payroll calculations.

You can change the standard logic if you have changed any rules or infotypes that can generate DMA splits.

The standard logic used to determine the DMA splits reads infotypes such as Basic Pay (0008) and Contract Elements (0016) and cluster data (AB -Absences) to create a split table with a temporal split for each change of Service Type (P15_TISER) or Employment Type (P15_TIIMP) during a predefined period of time.

There is no active BAdI implementation in the system, and the default code is always executed. If there is an active implementation, it is called after the default code to change the calculated split tables.

This BAdI definition is not filter dependent and it is designed for multiple uses.

After you call the IMG activity, the system displays a dialog box where you enter a name for the implementation.

If implementations of this Business Add-In have already been created, the system displays them in a dialog box. You then choose one of them by choosing Create, and continue as follows:

1. In the dialog box, enter a name for the implementation of the Add-In and choose Create.

The system displays the initial screen for creating Business Add-In implementations.

2. On this screen, enter a short description for your implementation in the Implementation Short Text field.

3. If you choose the Interface tab, you will notice that the system has populated the Name of the Implementing Class field automatically, by assigning a class name based on the name of your implementation.

4. Save your entries and assign the Add-In to a package.

5. To edit a method, double-click its name.

To display the default code, choose Goto -> Default Code -> Display.
