HRPAYUS_TCADI_PYSL - Assign additional information to your tax company

In this Customizing activity, you can assign additional identification information to your tax company.

You do so by defining your Tax Company and Authority. You can use IDVAL (Identification Value) field to store specific identification information, such as Business Register Number, Business Identification Number, provided by the authority.

The additional information defined in this activity is used for Oregon employers who need to provide greater detail on employee remuneration statement, according to Senate Bill1587 law enacted in April, 2016.

To execute this Customizing activity, you create a new entry for Country Grouping 10 (USA) with the PYSL (Payslip additional information) Subapplicationfield defined, then enter your Tax Company code.

In the Tax Company additional information for Paylisptable, you enter data in the Authority, Start Date, End Date and Identification Valuefields.
