HRPT_FIO_OVT_002 - Define Processing Processes for Each Rule Group

In this Customizing activity, you can define the processes for processing all Attendance Quota Types that are requested using the My Overtime Requestsapp.

Determine the processing rule groups using the following parameters:

1. Determine whether the system retrieves the next agent of a request that needs approval in the Determine Next Agent group box. If you choose to determine the next agent by the system, specify how the next agent is determined.
2. Determine the default values displayed in the app in the Default Valuesgroup box.
3. Determine the period for which past requests are displayed in the app in the Display Requests in Request Overview up to Maximum group box.
