In this Customizing activity, you define the variants for the reports used to control the processing of requests submitted using the My Overtime Requestsapp. You also create the necessary background processing tasks in this activity.

1. Create variants for the report My Overtime Requests: Send E-Mails (RPT_OVT_EMAIL).
2. Define background processing tasks for the following reports:

• My Overtime Requests: Send E-Mails (RPT_OVT_EMAIL)

• My Overtime Requests: Post Requests (RPT_OVT_POST)

• My Overtime Requests: Complete Current Workflows (RPT_OVT_STOPWF)
