HRPT_FIO_OVT_B_002 - BAdI: Multi-Level Approval for Time Data Requests

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Personnel Time Management (PT) component. You can use this BAdI to retrieve the default approvers for a certain employee, as well as to save approvers as default on the database.
For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).
Note: In the standard system settings, no implementation of this BAdI is active. When you create an own implementation of this BAdI, you must specify a filter value for the parameter ITEM_TYPE (Request Item Type). Use the F4 help to choose from the possible values.
You can find the following example implementation in the BAdI Builder on the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the Implementation Example Classes section:
CL_HRPT_SA_TMD_MULTI_APPROVERS: This example implementation can be used to retrieve the default approvers from your custom database table. In case no default approver exists, the implementation returns a default approver based on the organizational structure. Afterwards, the approvers are stored in your custom database table.
