HRSFI_ASSIGN_ONB - Assign SuccessFactors HCM Suite Objects to Field Sets

In this Customizing activity, you assign objects to the field sets that you created in Customizing to map SuccessFactors fields to SAP ERP fields. You use this assignment to define which field set you want to use for which SuccessFactors object.

You have used report Import DDIC from Successfactors Onboarding (RH_SFI_IMPORT_ONBOARDING_DDIC) to transfer the objects of your choice from SuccessFactors.

In the Customizing system, you have created the field sets and transported them to the system in which you perform this activity. For more information, see Map SuccessFactors HCM Suite Fields and SAP ERP HCM Fields.

Perform this activity in the productive system to update the assignments of SuccessFactors objects to field sets. For example, this can be necessary if you have created and imported new SuccessFactors objects.

This activity is located in the user menu for the role SuccessFactors Integration: Onboarding (SAP_HR_SFI_ONBOARDING).

Do not perform this activity in the Customizing system. In the Customizing system, use the activity Map SuccessFactors HCM Suite Fields and SAP ERP HCM Fields instead.

1. In report Import DDIC from Successfactors Onboarding (RH_SFI_IMPORT_ONBOARDING_DDIC), you enter ONB as the object ID and run the report to transfer DDIC metadata to SAP ERP HCM.
2. You assign ONB to field set FS_01 in this Customizing activity.
3. In report Import Onboarding Data from SuccessFactors HCM Suite (RH_SFI_IMPORT_ONBOARDING_DATA), you enter FS_01 as the field set on the selection screen and run the report.

The report imports all data that you have defined with field set FS_01.
