HRSFI_BADI_FIELD_LAB - BAdI: Label for Data Replication Fields

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used for the integration add-on for SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors BizX. You can use this BAdI to overwrite the standard field labels that the following reports extract with customer-specific labels:

• Sync Employee Data with SuccessFactors (with Delta and Inactive Logic) (RH_SFI_SYNCHRONIZE_EMPL_DATA)

• Extraction of Employee Data for SuccessFactors (RH_SFI_TRIGGER_EMPL_DATA_REPL)

• Sync Employee Data with SuccessFactors in Pre-Hire Period (RH_SFI_PREHIRE_EMPL_DATA)

By default, this BAdI uses the fallback class CL_HRSFI_FB_EMPL_DTA_REPL_LABL. This class provides the field label of length Medium. You can use this fallback class as a sample class for a customer-specific implementation of the BAdI.

• CL_HRSFI_FB_EMPL_DTA_REPL_LABL

You can use this sample class as follows:

The extraction report for employee data uses the field label Status for the field STATUS. You want to use the label Employment Statusinstead. Therefore, you create a customer-specific implementation of this BAdI. You copy the sample class for your implementation and use the section that refers to the field STATUS. You adapt this to suit your requirements.
