HRSFI_COMP_FIELD_SET - Define Fields for Extracting Compensation Data

In this Customizing activity, you define which compensation data you want to extract from the SAP ERP system using the report Replication of Employee's Compensation Data (RH_SFI_SYNCH_COMP_DATA). To do so, create one or more sets of fields. You make the following settings for each field set:

• You assign the field set the SuccessFactors BizX fields for which you want to extract data from the SAP ERP system. For more information, see Field Set for Data Export.

• For each SuccessFactors BizX field, you define how the data is to be extracted. To do so, specify the implementation of the Business Add-In (BAdI) Extraction of Compensation Data (HRSFI_B_COMP_FIELD_EXTRACTOR) that you used to define the data extraction. For more information, see Data Extraction for Export.

• You define for each SuccessFactors BizX field whether it is a mandatory field. For more information, see Required Field.

Note that restrictions apply when determining the field names since the field names defined here need to be mapped to the field names used by SuccessFactors BizX. Therefore, use only the field names that are in the input help for the field SFSF Field ID. For more information, see SFSF Field ID.

You have created the BAdI implementations that you want to use to define the data extraction. For more information, see BAdI: Extraction of Compensation Data.
