In this Customizing activity, you enter the physical file path and file name that, in your system, correspond to the logical file path and file name that the reports use for the integration add-on for SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors HCM Suite. This means that you specify the server path that the system uses to store the files that are generated by the data extraction report and evaluation report.

If you do not specify a file path and file name, the reports cannot be run.

The add-on uses the logical file path and logical file name HR_SFI_DIR.

In the standard SAP system, the physical file name consists of the following placeholders:

File name from the selection screen of the report program
File extension: Always set to .csv
  1. Select the logical file path HR_SFI_DIR and double-click Assignment of Physical Paths to Logical Path.
  2. Choose the appropriate syntax group and enter the physical path under which the files generated by the data extraction report and evaluation report are to be stored. Ensure that the path ends with
  3. Double-click Logical File Name Definition, Cross-Client.
  4. Select the logical file HR_SFI_DIR and enter the physical file name of your choice for this logical file. For more information, see Physical File Name.
